Information application

I have a Fiat Palio Elx 1.8l third generation, and my concern is what type of engine oil I can use to replace the one that uses regularly, such concern is because the maintenance costs in Venezuela are rising too much, besides that the ersposed and some products are already scarce and some products, I would know how to thank the infromacion that they can supply, in addition where I could get the mechanics manual of said model.
