ABS fault in Windstar 2000 published by Manual-Mecanica

I have a 2000 windstar and I already completely change the 4 -wheel set of the 4 -wheel and rectify disc and still turn on the ABS indicator. Some suggestion ..

Clean the phonic wheels of each wheel and check if any sensor is disconnected or has a broken cable
