Temperature marker in my fiat siena

Hello, how are you, I have a problem with the needle that marks the temperature in my Fiat Siena 98, when the car is running at times it stays at zero; To return to mark the temperature I have to turn off the car and turn it on. I think I don't mark the temp. Corresponding, I don't know if it is a problem of vulvo or electric, I would appreciate any suggestion.
