Renault 19 Diesel Correa

my old man has a 19 diesel renault and the "poli b" belt is not frequently cut off, it is called, it is the one commanded by the water pump, the direction, the alternator, etc.
The issue is that I take it to several mechanics but do not find the solution, could anyone help me with the subject?

I would check the tensioner of that belt, check the bearing of it and even the bearing and alternator pulley.
