Hi Gentita, a few days ago I had a problem with the motor (chopped) water plugs for which the water they threw for the radiator, took it to the mechanic and changed all the water plugs, then put everything in its place, it gave it a spray and that they believe, the engine oil became brown and thick, the mechanic told me that I should change the packaging and that possibly the culate is possibly desaline I arrive at the high top when I had no water, in addition, I observe that by one of the spark plugs water comes out, I also have problems with the start, I must try several times until it makes contact then accelerated and turns on,

something else, my Nissan Sentra is 93 (E16), and from time to time he votes a lot of white smoke

Change the butt packing you have all the symptoms, and everything you say is referring to the same thing about the warm, the water in the spark plugs, the oil. The start of the veil later since it can be failing because of the compression, now if the start does not make noise or strange noises you repair it and already, but you have to tell us what noise it has to be able to diagnose.

Manual-Mecanica response on the re: brown oil and wet spark plug
I appreciate your gentle answer, but after having read some cases, I have some doubts:

will I only change the packaging? or should I rectify the cylinder head and block? Should I also change the clamping bolts? It will be necessary to check the rings?, should I rectify the ring?, will the valves have problems?

What should I know so as not to be surprised, how to know what the right readings are?

Uf Aver we are going on the part, the packaging you have to change it, you only rectify it in the case that it is crooked, after a warm it is good The pistons and furniture them if the game is exaggerated or sprouts the oil you change them if it is not the case, the valves have to check that they are not burned, but neither is their change necessary, if I recommend changing seals and gias of valve. Here in Chile when the packaging is changed to the car of the car is rectified butt and the packaging and seals are changed, nothing more, the rest does not suffer greater damage, and the vehicles are impeccable, of course the ideal is to change everything, but it would be more if they do not prevent damage.
