Change pump pump partner Patagonica 2012

Hello everyone, I burn the f2 fuse of the Patagonian partner Naftera 1.6 that belongs to a gasoline pump replaces it and was burn again.
*Could it be that the gasoline pump is short or something else?
*Lower the manual in French of Peugeot and Citroen but I can't find how to access the bomb, do I have to lower the tank? Or can I access from above?
