Ignition problem for Nissan Altima 2002

Good morning you have, because here with a problem with Altima 2002, it turns out that I called the owner because his vehicle did not turn on (since I am a locksmith technician), I reviewed fault codes and came out 2, 1610 and 1612 related to the blocked IMM He turned on, only now the owner calls me and tells me that he does not want to light the car until 3 or 4 attempt to turn on and tells me that so when he did not turn on previously, could they give me any tip to decipher the possible failure?

Check the crankshaft collector. It works correctly, they are normally housed in the motor steering wheel. They should be magnetic detectors and read the position of the crankshaft for the injection in the start for example.
