Increase in Turbo Bars of Omega B 2.5TD 130CV published by Manual-Mecanica
Good night. I present myself before you with a doubt that I can not solve by my own means or known, to see if with your help you can solve the doubt.
The doubt in question is as follows. A few days ago I uploaded the blow pressure of my Omega B turbo, with 2.5 TD BMW M51 engine. The pressure increase has been between 0.18 and 0.2 pressure bar, the truth is that I notice more cheerful in acceleration in marches from the third. Well, reaching a roundabout, already braking, approaching the clutch stepped on, noticed that when the engine fell into the idle, I did not stay in its usual regime (about 800 rpm), but made a slight fall up to 500 rpm and immediately return to the usual 800. I did not pay too much attention, but some kms later, I reached another roundabout (it was all the way doing the fall of turns), well, in this case, it fell caught. But it started well, within a few minutes he did it again and this time it cost me a little more to start it. He had done this on many other occasions for what I saw it normal (the fall of turns, not the draft, that has only done it to me and it was circulating in reserve, in this case I carried diesel). My question is, as a result of what makes me both the fall of turns and the draft? I have thought that perhaps if the bomb or giving it a little more flow to compensate for the increase in blowing, but no idea. There my doubts, I would appreciate any type of response that you think can be useful, as well as instructions to carry it out in the event that something should be done. I also ask you (and it is the last of the moment, hehe) if you could give me some tips to improve the engine a little so that it goes much better than it already goes, I would appreciate it very much.
Thank you very much in advance. All the best

Manual-Mecanica Response on the topic Increase in Turbo Bars of Omega B 2.5TD 130CV
By increasing the blow pressure = more air flow and more volume of this in the cylinders, but that higher air input measured by the flow rate, it is not accompanied by the increase in fuel injection to maintain the proper proportion, especially when you release the pedal, read some higher air inlet values than it should decompensated and from there you want to correct when you fall to 500 and go up to its 800 .. or even in some cases the engine is heated. Well is listening to the opinion of some more partner. Greetings!

Manual-Mecanica Response on the topic Increase in Turbo Bars of Omega B 2.5TD 130CV
What I was going to say with that is that theirs would be to leave the blow pressure that corresponds to that engine (although I endure, I do not see much sense to punish the bullshit bushings and these, with more pressure above) to make a tuning and leave it as is, that the theme of adjusting slums, quantity of injection appropriate to the greater air entry, etc., it is not always as simple as it is said ..

Manual-Mecanica Response on the topic Increase in Turbo Bars of Omega B 2.5TD 130CV
Hello, good afternoon.
I have not understood that it is necessary to do it, since I have not reached 1'4 bar that apparently is the maximum tolerated blow pressure.
After there, in danger collectors, caps and everything else, the ECU enters emergency, short and so on, so I have stayed in an increase of 0'18-0'2.
Taking into account that my series turbo blows at 1'05 bar, I think I am below the limit and also with margin, so I have not reprogrammed.
In that case, do you think it should do it?
On the other hand, tell you, yesterday I spoke with a friend and told me that the cause of what happens when I fall to idle can be due to:
1. Bad state of internal joints of the bomb, so it advises me to change them
2. If after changing together the problem persists, tells me that it is a bomb wear (326,418 km) so, or rebuild it or replace it
very much.:)
