Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Seat TDI Sarrancar in Frio is complicated
Hello, it is very frequent that these engines give cold starting bleishes because of a battery in poor condition or the starter (starter engine) the voltage of the installation low below the 10 volts and the injection switchboard is not "activated", so it does not start. At the moment you turn the engine for a few seconds, it limits more revolutions, the current consumption decreases and the tension increases the 10 volts, at which time the injection switchboard is activated and starts.

I think that the steps to follow would be: see if it comes running to all heater, because I don't know if it is a only feeding cable for everyone, then verifying each of the heater is put red when giving food and if the red advances from the tip backwards.
The white smoke says goodbye when starting in cold, it must surely be for one or two heaters in poor condition, if they were more, the engine would not start.
The heating time is determined by the injection central and is not variable externally.
I hope the comment serves you.

Wenas, already proven if you go to you, corriente, and do not go (also tied to direct battery 1 to 1 and if they turn on), this is going to think that it is the fuse of the rel

Greetings The surface of the heaters is in a box on the feet of the driver side, these are numbered you can look at the number in the maintenance book. This purchase of the heaters reveals in the first start since with a little temperature will not be activated. You have to buy that everyone has current since they are independent lines. The problem could also be from the EGR that you have taken and is putting escape gases in the admission and starting is not good at all. . Finally I know that these cars give refrigerant temperature sensor problems if it is out of range, the heater will not work. B)
