The best way is with a diagnostic machine, but the bosilation of revolutions in Relay is generally because of the IAC, in Ford it works both high and low, but leave the doubt with a diagnosis.

mmm you have an intermittent flashing The first thing you have to do is to delete the fault codes if you appear another code looking for the failure code circuit is not always a sensor or an actuator
