That engine carries DIS power system, (static ignition due to spark loss).
Since you have two coils to feed the engine, (1 and 4 cylinder coil and coil 2 for cylinders 2 and 3) you could try exchanging the ignition coils to check that the two are fine.
If, when exchange the ignition coils, the failure persists but the cylinders that fail now are 2 and 3, the problem is the ignition coil.
If, on the contrary, the failure remains exactly the same, that is, it continues to fail 1 and 4, you have the failure in the connector or wiring of the car installation.
Anyway, it would be important to say if the fault witness was lit, since if it was lit, the switchboard has memorized the fault code and it should be read and erased.
