How, I have a problem with my Mitsubishi Eclipse 95 car when the car speed was suddenly decreased dramatically so I went to the workshop closest when checking it the coil is burn He takes her with a specialist but told me that he is working perfectly and the mechanic does not find what the reason for the fault could anyone orient me?

There is no spark of the cables that go from the coil to the spark plug. and only the two central cylinders work.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problem in two cylinders of Mitsubishi Eclips
That engine carries DIS power system, (static ignition due to spark loss).

Since you have two coils to feed the engine, (1 and 4 cylinder coil and coil 2 for cylinders 2 and 3) you could try exchanging the ignition coils to check that the two are fine.

If, when exchange the ignition coils, the failure persists but the cylinders that fail now are 2 and 3, the problem is the ignition coil.

If, on the contrary, the failure remains exactly the same, that is, it continues to fail 1 and 4, you have the failure in the connector or wiring of the car installation.

Anyway, it would be important to say if the fault witness was lit, since if it was lit, the switchboard has memorized the fault code and it should be read and erased.

Greetings and whatever you tell us.

Thank you for the information, take this printed message to the mechanic and check the coil by changing the cables and if it passes current, the cables are already Czech and they all send impulses but the problem weighs, the crankshaft sensor is changed and followed the same, and I wanted to change the sensor of the camshaft but I told him that he would leave it so because nothing more is giving up and I am spending money with his diagnosis.

He put the Scaner but did not throw any code however the Check Enguine (a breakdown of the fault) is on the car's board, will it be a special scanner?

What else can it be? Today I change the workshop car because the mechanic gave me a bad thorn because it does not atine what the problem is.

I wanted me to take the computer to check again but I told him not to give me the car better.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problem in two cylinders of Mitsubishi Eclips
Do not get angry with the mechanic, I know that it is sometimes painful to pay for \ "blind sticks \", but I also tell you, if the light of the \ "Check Engine \" turns on, it means that there is a fault code memorized in the switchboard.

And today, more reading the fault codes with the scanner is advanced, than giving blind sticks, so the first, put a scanner that reads the error code and then start investigating around that failure, (eg, if it is a camshaft sensor, or if it is ignition coil, wiring, connectors and others).

Greetings and you will tell me progress and avatars.
