Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Seat Toledo 1.8 Monopunto.
Electrical checks:

idle switch and ignition point control valve:

1º Put the contact,
2nd to open and close the butterfly, the CT, TAC, of the connection / disconnection of the control valve must be heard.

Otherwise, first check the switch by means of a can, there must be continuity with the closed butterfly. If this is correct, check the valve with battery voltage.

Butterfly actuator:

1st retract the actuator, for this, disconnect the connector plug and supply between 4.5 and 6 volts like max in the connector, depending on the polarity, the actuator will push the butterfly or retract. (Do not keep supplying current once you have reached the trip, do not exceed the voltage of 6 volts, risk of actuator breakage).

Once it is retracted, measure the distance between the actuator and the butterfly stop with the help of a game of cookies, the distance must be between 0.4 and 0.5 mm, otherwise, act on the adjustment screw.

Gas butterfly potentiometer:

1st Disconnect the butterfly plug, then with the help of a measuring polite:

between 1 and 4 constant resistance between 520 and 1300 ohms,

between 1 and 2, with the closed butterfly, 600 ohms, as the butterfly opens up to 1/4 the resistance progressively increases until it reaches 3100 where the maximum butt of the maximum of the butterfly is maintained.

Between 1 and 3, with the closed butterfly, 600 ohms, as the butterfly opens, it remains in 600 ohms until it passes from 1/4, from there it increases constantly until it reaches 6600 ohms in a opening cap.

Injector resistance:

Disconnect the injector plug and measure with the policyter, the resistance must be between 1.2 and 1.6 ohms.

Pressure regulator:

Insert a pressure gauge between the pump arrival tube and the fuel inlet of the monojetronic, the pressure must be between 0.8 and 1.2 bar with the engine in progress already slowed down.

Admission air temperature probe:

A 20ºC must have a resistance of 2200 to 2900 ohms, at 10ºC, between 3500 and 4500, at 30ºC between 1500 and 2000 ohms.

Motor temperature probe:

A 60ºC must have a resistance between 550 and 680 ohms, at 80ºC between 270 to 360 ohms.

Gas butterfly closing shock absorber:

it must move about 4 mm since the butterfly is open until it closes completely.

All the best.
