Seat Toledo 1.8 16V Hot starting failure

I have a Toledo of the same year but Motor 2E (1984cc) and the same thing happens to me, it is going well but if I turn it off and I try to turn it on at 15-30min I burns me badly, it smells like it stinks and the very unstable relapse. The black smoke will be by the incorrect mixture of air and gasoline. Also when the clutch is accelerated.
