Take the car to repair because the Injector 3 Board (the joint between injector and butt) fogue. They changed it and when I took the car, I started pulling (when you feel like it), until one day I left lying on the highway (pulling sack, tremors, endured the slowdown just and noise that something had been released in the engine, apparently a dripping injector). He took it and told me that I had grabbed the injectors 1 and 2. They took them to the firefighter and unbridled them. They gave me the car and the 4 km again problems of tremors and that does not endure the idle.

Back to the workshop, they put the diagnostic machine, and no electronic failure, but measuring how injectors work it is seen that 2.3, and 4 work the same but the 1 works stronger. In the workshop go blind diagnosis and me too. They will take the 4 injectors to the firefighter again but I do not know ...

someone who has had an equal or similar situation, helps.

And another thing, which has to do with the copper joints of an injector and end up failing the injectors?

These copper joints allow a injector's hermetic cello so that the compression does not escape, in addition they a distance so that the tip of the injector does not between so deep in the camera, so it is prevented that the tips be burn or carbonate as well as the tovera and the needle, if this occurs the injector does not crown crrem.

Theorically the 4 injector seat copper joints are new and the sealing and the injector height is the one that should ...

being that everything is as it touches, like that the injector 1 we monitor it with the IDS of the Ford house and we see that it works more than the other three? (The truth that what monitors the injector the Ford IDS I don't know what parameter is, injection pressure, return, gasoline flow, consumption of the injector coil ...), but if it is seen that the bar corresponding to the injector 1 is twice as long as those of the other injectors

Look if I am electronic injectors commanded by ECU, I would measure the current that reaches each injector, it happened to me in a Ford, that one of the injectors is saturated with the signal and sent a large amount of fuel and the engine works in three cylinders, check this and warn me, with a normal tester you can do it.

I forgot something, if they are not electronically controlled, then I would have changed it and if the fault ocuure in the cylinder where you change it you are already sure that the injector is bad, it has no tightness or something like that, anyway you will have to send it to reopen if you cannot, you change it
