GASOIL CIRCUITE PUBLISHED BY MANUAL-MANICA
Hello everyone, since once they helped me with the injection pump and in what way, you contributed the solution that I did not find the mechanic, I return here with another problem, he says it in the statement, I have a crane of the Isuzu Nkr brand (it looked like the NPR, and it also appears as Chevrolet), and the problem is that I enters the air to the diesel circuit, I have changed filter. Where the filter screws 3 times and nothing, every time I give the chicker (pear) release a lot But it gives pulls and I think it is for that air, change rubber
This is the crane

and this the filter holder

I ignore the type of injection pump of your vehicle. If you have checked the entire circuit including filter by pump and continues to take a breath, the pump has no leaks, the injectors are going well and on the return it has a lot of air. Have you checked that the barley pear valve works properly? Now if it is a computerized system and the Common Rail type ..... we already have many more gadgets to which to attribute the pulls and not to the air in the circuit.
Greetings,

Anyway if it is some pulls when opening gas, if it mounts EGR valve, it would clean it. I ignore what kind of pull it gives you.

It is a Bosch VP 44 rotary pump, about 6 months ago I changed my pump for a rebuilt, I do not know if it will be any joint that has caught, the chicador (pear) I have changed them 3 times, absorb and push the diesel well, that if every time I give it air, connect directly also from the diesel to the pump, it seems that it does not pass the air but the pulls are still Last mechanical, I am even afraid to take it, they had two months with the crane stop, and did not find the failure, however from the distance, Ismael (a partner of this page if he gave him) I have thought that it could be something in the deposit, but of course it is that he has no leaks,
the egr is annulled long ago and did not give problems,

Well, if the EGR is canceled, there are no air shots in the collector and gase recirculation system canceled, there is also no firewall ring of an air intake injector. First I would rule out a possible failure in the throttle pill in the injector height or in the crankshaft position. I'm sorry, it's an engine that I have never had.
