The new Golf Bluemotion is the most ecological golf to date. Its consumption has been reduced by 15% compared to the previous model and also has CO2 emissions of only 85 g/km.

The new Golf Bluemotion , propelled by a TDI of 1.6 liters of new design, only consumes 3.2 l/100km and emits only 85 grams of CO2 per kilometer. The saving and efficient Bluemotion golf of 81 kW / 110 hp, with a maximum speed greater than 200 km / h, is a multi -purpose five -seater car.

Its light construction (the weight of the chassis has been reduced by up to 26 kg and that of construction by up to 37 kg) and the various measures adopted (limited resistance tires, much longer transmission, Start/Stop series system as standard and the braking energy recovery system) have allowed the lower consumption of golf .

As for aerodynamics, the front face of the new golf decreases by 0.03 m2 and aerodynamic coefficient (CW x a) by almost 10%. In comparison with the new golf , the aerodynamics of the Bluemotion has been perfected thanks to a chassis reduced in 15 mm, a roof wing, lateral aerodynamic elements on the rear window, a closed grill outside, grilles of the partially closed air inlets, special coatings of the low, cooling channels of the optimized brakes C. Adding all these details, the new Golf Bluemotion reaches an Aerodynamic CW coefficient of 0.27 that places it among the best cars in the segment.

This third generation of the Bluemotion golf will reach dealers in summer 2013.
