The Nissan Leaf has been the best -selling electric vehicle in the world, so Nissan wants to support its marketing making it more affordable in price and increasing the rapid recharge points that exist in Spain.
The director of the Zero Emissions Project of Nissan Iberia has explained that Nissan continues with the purpose of installing more than 40 fast charging points in Spain, the first of which was presented this July in Vitoria-Gasteiz. "We anticipate concluding this plan at the beginning of next year," Redondo has advanced.
This action is part of the creation plans of a European fast -charged network for electric vehicles that Nissan is implementing throughout Europe. Since May 2012, the company is delivering 400 fast loaders for electric cars to different operators. These teams have been developed by Nissan and meet Chademo standards, reducing size and price by half.
Nissan's goal is that with these new fast charging points, strategically located, the embryo of a future national fast -charged network that expands the radius of action and the flexibility of use of electric vehicles is believed.
